Mads Dahl Gjefsen holds a PhD in the area of Science and Technology Studies from the University of Oslo, where his doctoral thesis explored the politics and expertise of technologies for carbon dioxide capture and storage. He has worked in technology transfer in the United States and as a Project Manager at the Norwegian Board of Technology, and as Senior Researcher at the Work Research Institute at OsloMet \u2013 Oslo Metropolitan University.<\/p>\n
Mads is interested in the practical relevance research-based knowledge for users and decision makers. He has worked on public engagement, responsible research and innovation, research communication and foresight, as well as on ethical and societal aspects of emerging technologies. He is currently developing projects on the topic of artificial intelligence and big data in the public sector.<\/p>\n
