Prosjektet \u00f8nsker \u00e5 finne svar p\u00e5 om indikasjonene fra svensk side stemmer, og om man ser de samme tendensene i Norge.<\/p>\n<p>I forprosjektet skal prosjektet kartlegge hvilke akt\u00f8rer som st\u00e5r for viktige funksjoner i samfunnslivet i bygder i kommuner med lav sentralitet, og siden sammenstille kartlegging p\u00e5 svensk side og norsk side av grensen.
