The food system is responsible for high emissions and impacts public health, trade, industry, and the environment in various ways. Sustainable Eaters supports a more sustainable food system by focusing on the consumer. The project aims to understand individual food choices, study behavioral changes in the Norwegian value chain, and guide consumers through knowledge and technical solutions. Case studies highlight opportunities and barriers to sustainability.
