Kristian Borch is Ph.D. in biochemistry from South Danish University and Penn State University. He is also MSc. in dispute resolution and holds a Graduate diploma in innovation and change management.

As an expert in green transition in agriculture and food production as well as renewable energy, Kristian works with co-creation of sustainable solutions in rural communities.

Kristian has solid experience with foresight analysis of complex challenges enabling present-day decisions and mobilizing joint actions to shape a sustainable future.

Finally, Kristian is an experienced manager of very large interdisciplinary and international R&D projects and is currently project manager of the Ruralis lead project Civic Renewables.
