Employees

Marita Uglem Remøy has been employed at Ruralis since the summer of 2023, and as of July 2025, is employed as a researcher. She has a teacher education degree in social sciences for lower and upper secondary school (grades 8–13), with a specialization in sociology from NTNU. Marita is involved in several research projects focusing on renewable energy, energy and climate adaptation, social sustainability in Norwegian agriculture, and the development of inclusive and sustainable business models.
