Henrik Eli Almaas has a master’s degree in political science from NTNU, and been employed at RURALIS since June 2017. As a research assistant, Henrik works with data collection and data processing with statistics as his specialty. During his master’s thesis, Henrik was associated with a project concerning government subsidies and the achievement of political goals within agriculture. Recently he has been involved in projects regarding the potential contribution of small farms and food businesses to sustainable food and nutrition security, as well as challenges and opportunities for sustainable growth in production and innovation in land based value chains in different regions of Norway.
