Agricultural support

This project is commissoned to calculate the level and distribution of support for Norwegian agriculture. In the project, we will investigate the following questions:
- What proportion of agricultural subsidies goes to meat production, both directly and indirectly, and, if possible, including the value of import protection (i.e., shielding support)?
- What is, if possible, the county distribution of agricultural subsidies in general and meat subsidies in particular?
- What is the actual price per kilogram of meat (beef from combined herds, pork, and possibly also beef from suckler cow herds and sheep), when all subsidies are included?
- An estimate, if possible, of how large areas of tropical rainforest are used to produce the consumption of soy (and possibly corn) for Norwegian meat production.
