Ruralis is the local organiser of the XXVIIIth ESRS Congress

Tuesday June 25, the 28th congress for European rural scientists starts at Clarion Hotel & Congress in Trondheim with Ruralis as organizer. Nearly 400 researchers from all over Europe come together, both in plenary and in 32 working groups, to discuss challenges and opportunities for rural areas.

Friday, June 28, the congress concludes with 7 excursions to several parts of Trøndelag county. The congress opens with a welcome ceremony and keynote address on Tuesday afternoon, reception in the Archbishop’s Palace and a concert in Nidaros Cathedral on Tuesday evening.

Anne Margrethe Brigham is the head of the local organising committee.
