Cultourfood har vært et strategisk instituttprogram som har pågått ved Norsk senter for bygdeforskning i årene 2007-2012. Temaet er betydningen av mat og kultur for reiseliv i bygdeområder. Det meste av arbeidet er nå ferdig. I dette Forskningsglimtet presenterer vi noen funn og resultater fra prosjekter på programmet.
